Role Description 

The Graduate Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India, offering an opportunity for engineering graduates to build practical experience in a modern manufacturing and process-plant environment.

The role involves working closely with experienced engineering, production, maintenance, process, utilities, and project teams to understand plant operations, equipment, manufacturing processes, and engineering systems.

Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring plant and equipment performance, supporting production and maintenance activities, assisting in troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining engineering and operational records, participating in preventive maintenance activities, and supporting process and productivity improvement initiatives.

The Graduate Engineer will also gain exposure to plant machinery, utilities, production processes, safety practices, quality systems, equipment reliability, process optimization, and project execution, while contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the facility.

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Candidates from Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Production, Instrumentation, Electronics, or related engineering disciplines are encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, plant equipment, or industrial operations.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop practical engineering skills in a manufacturing environment.
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with production, maintenance, quality, utilities, and engineering teams.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, engineering documentation, drawings, and technical reporting will be an advantage.
• Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in a plant environment and rotational shifts, if required.
• Strong focus on safety, discipline, continuous learning, and operational excellence.
• Candidates with internship, apprenticeship, or academic project experience in manufacturing, food processing, chemical processing, mechanical systems, electrical systems, or industrial operations will be preferred.
