Role Description

Inficore Soft is seeking highly motivated Graduate Engineer Interns to join our cross-functional engineering team. This role is a Fast Track program designed for fresh engineering graduates who want to explore different facets of technical operationsfrom software development and system architecture to technical project management. You will be rotated through key departments to solve real-world technical challenges and help streamline our engineering workflows.

Primary Responsibilities

Technical Support & Research: Assist senior engineers in researching new technologies and conducting feasibility studies for upcoming projects.

Systems Documentation: Create detailed technical manuals, system flowcharts, and process diagrams to map out complex engineering cycles.

Quality Assurance: Participate in rigorous testing phases (both manual and automated) to ensure all deliverables meet Inficore Soft's quality standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the development and product teams to ensure technical requirements are clearly understood and met.

Problem Solving: Identify operational bottlenecks and propose engineering solutions to improve internal system efficiency.

Requirements

Education: Recently graduated (or in the final semester) with a B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.

Analytical Skills: Strong logical reasoning and the ability to apply engineering principles to abstract business problems.

Tech Literacy: High proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, Java, or C++) or CAD software is preferred.

Communication: Excellent command of English; must be able to present technical findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Adaptability: A lifelong learner mindset with the ability to switch between different engineering domains as per project needs.
