3. Conduct all the baking Trials as per the requirements of QC, NPD, and Market. Record all the operations or analyses of the trials.
4. Create, execute, and develop recipes and do quality checks on ingredients and finished items.
5. Advanced ability to multitask, and follow the instructions given by the reporting boss.
