Job Description

Location: Kesurdi (Pune)

Roles & Responsibility

  • 1. Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation in compliance with health and safety requirements.
  • 2. To execute appropriate lab procedures in the lab, maintain a 5S system, for sole responsibilities, and monitor cleanliness/hygiene inside the Lab area.
  • 3. Conduct all the baking Trials as per the requirements of QC, NPD, and Market. Record all the operations or analyses of the trials.
  • 4. Create, execute, and develop recipes and do quality checks on ingredients and finished items.
  • 5. Advanced ability to multitask, and follow the instructions given by the reporting boss.
  • 6. To be thorough and pay attention to detail.
  • 7. Good in Communication and executing the task properly.

Qualification & Experience

  • 1. B.Tech Food Technology
  • 2. Fresher with a bakery background
