Job Description

Perform structural design and assessment of telecommunication structures including lattice towers, monopoles, rooftop poles, and antenna mounts
Develop structural models and carry out analysis using telecom design software for Indian and international standards
Prepare detailed design calculations, reports, and documentation for telecom site structural solutions
Review and certify structural upgrade designs for telecommunication infrastructure
Identify design risks from site survey inputs and prepare risk assessment reports and safe design risk registers
Develop engineering solutions and enhancement designs within project timelines
Prepare CAD drawings and ensure accurate technical documentation delivery
Coordinate with CAD drafters by providing clear work instructions and design inputs
Collaborate with project engineers for detailed design drawings, calculations, and feasibility studies
Conduct site inspections and support preparation of engineering reports
Engage with clients and provide regular project status updates while managing expectations
Ensure timely delivery of design solutions aligned with client requirements and project schedules
Maintain compliance with Indian and American structural design standards
Support strong client engagement and contribute to project and business growth
