Graduate Apprenticeship Trainee - EHS

As a Graduate Apprenticeship Trainee – EHS, you will be part of the Environment, Health & Safety team at Reckitt's manufacturing site in Hosur. You will gain hands-on experience in industrial safety practices, EHS documentation, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the EHS team in monitoring and implementing safety standards across the plant.
• Support in conducting risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations.
• Assist in maintaining EHS records, safety reports, and statutory compliance documentation.
• Participate in safety trainings, awareness programs, and toolbox talks.
• Help coordinate environmental monitoring and waste management programs.
• Prepare presentations and reports related to safety metrics and action plans.
• Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of safety and sustainability.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Education: Undergraduate degree (B.E./B.Tech) with a specialization related to Environment, Health & Safety or Industrial Safety.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn about industrial safety standards.
