Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise applications and reporting solutions.
- Assist in ERP implementation, system enhancements, data migration, and system integration activities, including data validation and reconciliation.
- Develop and automate reporting processes using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, and other digital tools.
- Prepare, validate, and upload business data into enterprise platforms such as Oracle ERP and CCH Tagetik.
- Support the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and analytical models to improve business insights.
- Perform data quality reviews and investigate discrepancies to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Participate in system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders across Asia to coordinate data submissions and resolve system or data-related issues.
- Support ad hoc analytics, automation, and digital transformation projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical mindset with an interest in enterprise systems, data analytics, and digital technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, formulas, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, SQL, Power Query, Python, Power Automate, or other analytics and automation tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of databases, system integration, or data management concepts is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across regional and cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
