Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a class as the Homeroom Teacher, overseeing academic and personal development.
- Prepare and implement lesson plans, activities, and workshops to engage and support student learning.
- Create a nurturing, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and collaborate with the teaching team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline with B.Ed. (mandatory).
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience or fresher's with strong subject knowledge.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passionate and committed educator with a student-first mindset.
- Ability to design and conduct interactive and engaging lessons.
