Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Government Tender Executive specializing in GEM/IReps/CPPP, located in Gurugram. The primary responsibilities include identifying relevant government tenders on platforms like GEM, IReps, and CPPP, preparing and submitting tender documents, maintaining compliance with government regulations, and managing relations with various stakeholders in the public sector. The role also involves ensuring accurate documentation, monitoring bidding processes, and providing analytic insights.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Government Relations and interacting with Local Government bodies
• Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with public sector stakeholders
• Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess tenders, evaluate opportunities, and interpret bid criteria
• Familiarity with processes and operations of Government platforms like GEM, IReps, and CPPP
• Understanding of the Public Sector and related procurement processes
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field
• Ability to work independently, handle large volumes of documentation, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in relevant Microsoft Office tools and software
