Government Sales Manager CPaaS / IT Solutions

We are looking for a result-oriented Government Sales Manager to drive business growth across Central Government, State Government, PSUs and Government agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across Government and PSU accounts.
• Build and manage relationships with key government decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Identify and develop opportunities for CPaaS, SMS, OTP, WhatsApp, RCS, Voice, IVR, API-based communication.
• Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation and customer engagement to negotiation and closure.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Grow existing government accounts through upselling, cross-selling and renewals.
• Coordinate with Presales, Product, Technology, Finance and Legal teams for successful deal closure.
• Support timely invoicing and collection of customer payments.

Candidate Profile

• 5–10 years of experience in Government/PSU sales, preferably in IT, CPaaS, SaaS, Telecom, Cloud or Digital Solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing large-value technology deals.
• Strong Government/PSU network and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of technology solutions and consultative selling.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
