Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1 Government Work

  • Establish and sustain strong relationships with government departments at all levels.
  • Regularly report the organization's progress and achievements to relevant government bodies.
  • Participate in meetings and events organized by government agencies.
  • Assist in handling communication and coordination issues with government departments as needed.
  • Ensure the organization can respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies or crises.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to develop crisis response strategies and measures, mitigating or eliminating the impact on the organization.
  • Review and evaluate crisis handling processes, refine the crisis management mechanism, and enhance the organization's overall resilience.

2 HR Work

  • Responsible for payroll processing, attendance data management, and related administrative duties.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR/Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years HR & Admin experience; electronic manufacturing factory experience is preferred.
  • Language: Fluent in English & Hindi.
  • Skill: Proficient in MS Office; familiar with Indian labor law, PF & ESI.
  • Quality: Responsible, good communication skills, able to work under factory pressure.
