Government Project Finance Expert

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.E.) or Technology (B.Tech), and

MBA / PGDM (Postgraduate Diploma in Management) with a specialization in Finance

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 6 years of overall professional experience

At least 5 years of specific experience in:

Financial feasibility studies

Financial estimations and planning

Financial modeling and valuation

Tourism-related infrastructure or service projects

Liaising with Central and Bilateral Agencies for funding under various Central Government schemes

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed financial feasibility assessments for tourism-related projects

Develop financial models and conduct project valuations

Prepare funding proposals and financial documentation in alignment with Central Government

guidelines

Coordinate with Central Ministries, Bilateral Agencies, and other stakeholders for funding and

compliance

Provide strategic financial inputs for project planning and execution

Support long-term financial planning and monitoring for tourism infrastructure initiatives
