Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst (AI Training)

Your hands-on experience with compliance frameworks, risk management, and security policy is exactly what's needed to train and validate the next generation of AI models.
This isn't a typical compliance role. You'll be working at the frontier of AI development, using your domain expertise to shape how AI systems reason about governance, risk, and security — work that has a lasting impact on how AI handles these critical topics.

What You'll Do
- Review and analyze security policies, controls, and procedures to assess quality and accuracy
- Evaluate real-world compliance scenarios involving frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST
- Assess risk statements, control mappings, and audit-style documentation
- Generate and validate training and evaluation data used to improve AI reasoning on GRC topics
- Apply your practitioner instincts to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and edge cases in AI-generated outputs
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in GRC, compliance, risk management, or a related field
- Solid familiarity with one or more major frameworks — SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, or similar
- Comfortable reading, interpreting, and evaluating policy documents and audit materials
- Detail-oriented with strong written reasoning skills
- Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
- Background in information security, internal audit, or enterprise risk
- Familiarity with control testing or third-party risk assessment
