Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee Digital needs in Legal & Integrity domains. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of corporate governance, risk management, internal controls and legal compliance. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Additionally, you will be responsible to build & lead the Legal Competency Practice offering for Domain consulting group, formulate GTM strategies and Automation levers.

The ideal person should have 6 to 10 years extensive domain consulting and/or industry experience.

Required Skillsets

  • Possess expertise in one or more functional areas such as Governance & Audit, Legal & Integrity.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance principles, risk management frameworks, and internal control standards.
  • In-depth knowledge of legal and regulatory landscape, including contract law, intellectual property, and data privacy.
  • Knowledge of IT Security aspects towards key areas like Cloud Computing, Cyber Risks, Database management systems, SDLC, IT general controls (ITGC), COBIT, COSO 2013.
  • Understanding of IP management processes, e-discovery processes and understanding of digital technologies to support these functions.
  • Experience in different Legal Software solutions like ONIT, ZYLAB, ANAQUA, HAYSTACK, Privacy Management Systems is an added advantage.
  • Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in managing professional service engagement teams
  • Experience in working in a global environment with multiple locations

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work on client assignments, typically large transformational IT programs, as an individual contributor and/or as a lead of junior consultants
  • Document business processes of Legal domain systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology specificallt for Legal domain.
  • Work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders in preparing Product Backlog items
  • Prepare user stories, prepare acceptance criteria for user stories and manage backlog.
  • Drive business workshops to define requirements, develop product backlog and elaborate functional specifications for an IT solution.
  • Engage with client business, IT, External Auditing Firms as well as with internal Infosys stakeholders throughout the phases of an program from planning through proposing a solution and implementation
  • Experience in Business Process Consulting (i.e. any systems in particular), Problem definition, Case and workflow design, Detailing of Processes, Process modelling
  • Drive business workshops to define requirements and elaborate solutions
  • Work with Infosys sales team to lead or drive business / functional content in client pursuits
  • Drive thought leadership initiatives by contributing PoVs, Whitepapers, etc.

Qualifications

Skill sets requirement are as follows

  • A BTech graduation with specialization in legal areas like contract law, IP & Copy rights management.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in the multiple areas of Intellectual Property & Copyrights management, e-discovery management in legal function.
  • Certifications of CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRMA preferred.
