Position Title: Google Workspace L3role

Experience Level: 7-10 Years

Full Time

Notice Period: Immediate to 1 month

Location: Pune, MH

Shift: 5:30 pm - 2:30 am

Hybrid

Role Scope

• Operate within the Google Workspace service tower with no cross-domain ownership
• Support enterprise user base in a regulated environment
• Align delivery with governance, security, and compliance standards
• Work within SLA/KPI-driven managed services model
• Collaborate with internal L2/L3/engineering teams for escalations

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Google Workspace services (Gmail, Drive, Meet, Chat)
• Manage users, groups, licenses
• Implement DLP and security policies
• Manage Google Vault and eDiscovery
• Support collaboration issues
• Govern third-party apps
• Optimize usage and performance

Technical Deliverables / Tools

• Admin console advanced
• Vault
• DLP
• Security center
• 3rd party governance
