About the Job:

We're looking for a skilled Google Workspace Freelancer based in Chennai to set up and manage a seamless file backup system to Google Drive. This is a short-term project perfect for an IT professional with expertise in cloud storage solutions. Join us to ensure secure, efficient data backups for personal or small business needs!

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure Google Drive for Desktop to sync selected files/folders/photos.
• Implement automated backups using Google Drive or tools like IDrive, GoodSync, or Duplicati.
• Ensure secure data transfers and manage Google Drive permissions.
• Troubleshoot sync issues and verify backup integrity.
• (Optional) Provide guidance on Google Takeout or alternative backup solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Google Workspace (expertise in Google Drive required).
• Familiarity with cloud backup tools (e.g., IDrive, Arq Backup).
• Strong problem-solving skills for sync and connectivity issues.
• Based in Chennai, with ability to meet in-person in areas around Anna Nagar.
• Preferred: Google Workspace certification or IT Support experience.
• Excellent communication and reliability.

Project Details:

• Duration: 2-4 hours (one-time setup; potential for recurring maintenance).
