● Managing an entire portfolio of brands assigned along with monitoring JAM & SAM

● Identify the digital landscape for brands and create performance marketing strategies with a focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads to grow the business

● Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)

● Taking morning & evening reviews with the team

● Should have good communication & negotiation skills

● Coordinating with several teams to ensure smooth workflow

● Should have a good track record of delivering assigned targets

● Ownership of paid media performance across primary platforms (Google & Meta)

● Managing and scaling campaigns across new and existing platforms

● End-to-end coordination for campaign launches as per SOPs

● Optimizing campaign budgets and negotiating with vendors/platform partners for commercial feasibility

KRA

                            

● Analyse and provide insights around campaign performance, CTR, CPC, Leads, and other key paid marketing metrics using dashboards and tools

● Oversee performance of the portfolio and optimize campaigns based on data-driven decisions (daily/weekly reviews)

● Produce, develop, and implement high-performing paid marketing strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads ecosystems

● Manage initiatives aimed at increasing traffic, conversions, and ROI through performance marketing

● Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages

● Manage and ensure accountability of internal and external resources

Qualification: 

 

● Engineer/BBM/BSc/MBA with minimum above 60% in 10th, 12th, and graduation

● Master's Degree in Marketing/Sales preferred

● Strong fundamentals in Google Ads and Meta Ads (campaign setup, targeting, bidding, creatives, analytics)

● Very good vocabulary in English and Hindi

● Microsoft Excel (very good working knowledge)

● Experience: 0–1.5 year (internships or certifications in performance marketing preferred)

● Maintains a To-Do List
