Business Loans
Home Loans
Loan Against Property (LAP)
If you understand the lending ecosystem, credit-focused targeting, compliance-safe ad frameworks, and how to scale high-quality leads while maintaining CAC efficiency we want you.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute & optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for loan products.
- Build segmented audiences & custom funnels focused on high-conversion users.
- Track, measure & improve CPL, CAC, and lead quality.
- Create data-driven landing pages and ad creatives to enhance conversion rates.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, A/B tests, and performance reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial advertising guidelines.
Requirements- Minimum 24 years of performance marketing experience.
- Proven track record running paid campaigns for Business Loans, Home Loans, and Loan Against Property.
- Strong understanding of lending buyer personas, funnel optimisation & lead qualification.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, CAPI, and lead-gen automation tools.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (product, sales, content).
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers.
