About the Role

We're Hiring: Google Media Buyer. This role isn't for you if you are still treating Google Ads like a set-it-and-forget-it channel. We're looking for someone who thinks in Search terms, PMax signals, Shopping feeds, YouTube funnels, and ROAS.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale high-performing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display & YouTube)
• Turn data into decisions using GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking
• Manage and optimize high-budget accounts for maximum profitability
• Improve ROAS, reduce CPA, and unlock scalable growth opportunities
• Collaborate with creatives, strategy, and client success teams to drive results

Qualifications

3+ Years of Experience

Required Skills

• Have 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
• Have scaled D2C/eCommerce brands with proven results
• Know your way around GA4, GTM, Merchant Center, and conversion tracking
• Love experimenting, solving problems, and making data-backed decisions
• Take ownership like it's your own business
