Description

We are looking for an experienced Google Dialogflow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 6-9 years of experience in developing chatbots and voice assistants using Google Dialogflow. The candidate should have a solid understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning algorithms and should be able to design and develop conversational experiences using Dialogflow. The role will be based in India and will require the candidate to work with our clients in India and abroad.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop conversational experiences using Google Dialogflow
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and design chatbots and voice assistants accordingly
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party APIs and platforms
• Implement and test NLP and Machine Learning algorithms to improve the accuracy of chatbots and voice assistants
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in chatbot and voice assistant development

Skills and Qualifications

• 6-9 years of experience in developing chatbots and voice assistants using Google Dialogflow
• Solid understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning algorithms
• Hands-on experience in designing and developing conversational experiences using Dialogflow
• Experience in integrating chatbots and voice assistants with third-party APIs and platforms
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, and Node.js
• Experience in deploying chatbots and voice assistants on cloud platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
