Google and Meta Ads Specialist-(D2C)

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Google and Meta Ads Specialist (D2C). The specialist will manage and optimize ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Key responsibilities include designing, setting up, and monitoring ad campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, conducting A/B testing, and reporting on key performance metrics. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies and budgets will also be part of the role.

• Proficiency in managing Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) advertising campaigns
• Strong skills in data analysis, performance tracking, and campaign optimization techniques
• Experience in audience targeting, keyword research, and budget management
• Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and attribution models
• Knowledge of D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) marketing strategies and e-commerce environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in children's products or toy industry is a plus
