About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Google & Meta Ads Executive to support our performance marketing initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to digital advertising across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms, with opportunities to learn campaign optimization, performance tracking, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the setup, management, and optimization of advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads platforms.
- Assist in audience research and keyword analysis to improve campaign targeting and relevance.
- Participate in A/B testing of ad creatives, ad copy, and targeting strategies to enhance performance.
- Monitor campaign budgets, return on investment (ROI), and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure timely delivery of ad creatives and assets.
- Prepare basic performance reports and share insights for campaign improvement.
- Stay informed about platform updates, advertising policies, and best practices related to Meta and Google Ads.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads interfaces.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and identify areas for improvement.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS is an added advantage.
