About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Google AdWords Manager with proven experience in Lead Generation. The ideal candidate should be strong in CPL optimisation, campaign scaling, and generating high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimise Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns focused on high-intent lead generation for education vertical.
- Manage large-scale monthly budgets and ensure efficient CPL performance.
- Create, test, and optimize ad copies, keywords, landing pages, and audience segments.
2. CPL Reduction & ROI Optimization
- Continuously work on CPL optimization across campaigns.
- Implement A/B testing, device/geo/time optimization, and keyword-level optimization.
- Monitor leads quality and improve conversion metrics in collaboration with counseling teams.
3. Strategy, Ideas & Scalability
- Identify new campaign opportunities and explore innovative ideas for scaling lead flow.
- Expand campaigns using Lookalike/Custom audiences, in-market segments, and advanced bidding strategies.
- Keep track of competitor activities, and implement best practices to stay ahead.
4. Technical & Analytical Skills
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Conversion Tracking & Enhanced Conversions.
- Build weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
- Troubleshoot issues related to tracking, leads, landing pages, and ad approvals.
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of experience in Lead Generation.
- In-depth understanding of Google Ads, keyword planning, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to handle high budgets and deliver consistent results.
- Experience with landing page A/B testing and CRO.
- Updated knowledge of Google policies to avoid suspensions.
