Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Google Ads Specialist role based in Surat. The Google Ads Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video, and other relevant networks. Daily tasks include keyword research, writing and testing ad copy, setting up campaigns and ad groups, managing budgets and bids, and optimizing campaigns for conversions and ROI. The role also involves tracking performance using analytics tools, preparing regular reports, and recommending data-driven improvements to clients and internal stakeholders. Collaboration with designers, developers, and marketing strategists is expected to align ad campaigns with landing pages, SEO efforts, and overall digital marketing strategy.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video), including keyword research, bid management, and audience targeting.
- Strong skills in ad copywriting, A/B testing of ads, and aligning messaging with brand and campaign objectives.
- Experience with performance tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, conversion tracking, tag management) to optimize campaigns.
- Ability to coordinate with design and development teams to improve landing pages, quality score, and conversion rates.
- Solid understanding of broader digital marketing concepts such as SEO, social media advertising, and remarketing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel or spreadsheet skills for campaign analysis and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Google Ads certification and prior agency or multi-client experience are highly desirable.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
