This is a full-time hybrid role for a Google Ads Specialist located in Jodhpur, with partial remote work allowed. The Google Ads Specialist will manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI, target appropriate audiences, and drive relevant traffic. The role includes analyzing performance data, conducting keyword research, creating compelling ad copy, and staying updated on PPC trends. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and measurable business outcomes is also a key aspect of this position.

• Proficient in managing Google Ads campaigns, keyword research, and creating optimized ad copy
• Strong skills in analytics tools, performance tracking, and reporting
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies including PPC, SEM, and conversion optimization
• Good understanding of marketing analytics and audience targeting
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams
• Experience in social impact settings or nonprofits is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
