This is a full-time, on-site role for a Google Ads Specialist, based in our office in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The Google Ads Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, analyzing performance data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing strategies to maximize ROI. Responsibilities also include conducting keyword research, writing engaging ad copy, A/B testing ads, and collaborating with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with broader business objectives.

• Proficiency in Google Ads, Analytics, and keyword research tools
• Experience with campaign management, optimization, and A/B testing
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating campaign performance and generating actionable reports
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, audience targeting, and competitive analysis
• Strong writing and communication abilities for creating compelling ad copy and reporting to stakeholders
• Organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in managing budgets for paid advertising campaigns is a strong plus
