Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Specialist focused on e-commerce performance. You will manage day-to-day marketing operations across Shopify and Webflow sites, including campaign setup, optimisation, tracking, reporting, and customer engagement. Your core responsibility is driving consistent revenue growth through Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, and high-quality creative execution. You'll also support funnel builds, landing page optimisation, and technical marketing tasks such as tracking, events, and analytics setup.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, and Remarketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, event tracking, and pixel setup
- Experince with Google merchant centre, & Google custom labels
- Practical experience working with Shopify and basic Webflow capability (edits, updates, landing pages)
- Confident analysing campaign performance, identifying issues, and making data-driven decisions
- Clear communication skills and ability to work with clients and internal teams
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Prior digital marketing or e-commerce experience is strongly preferred
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is helpful but not required
