About the RoleNMG Technologies is looking for a data-driven Google Ads Specialist who can take full ownership of paid campaigns across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.
This role is ideal for someone who thinks in ROAS, understands performance deeply, and can translate data into growth decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize campaigns across Search, Shopping, PMax, Display & YouTube
- Perform daily optimizations (search terms, negatives, bids, budgets)
- Monitor CPA, ROAS, and performance trends
- Optimize Google Merchant Center feeds & Shopping campaigns
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking via GA4 & GTM
- Conduct weekly and monthly performance audits
- Work closely with SEO, CRO, and Analytics teams
What We're Looking For- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads
- Strong expertise in:
- Keyword strategy & match types
- Bid strategies (tROAS, tCPA, etc.)
- Negative keyword architecture
- Experience with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking
- Strong analytical mindset with focus on performance & ROI
- Experience managing ₹5L+ monthly budgets (preferred)
