Role Overview

We are looking for a results-oriented Google Ads Specialist who can independently manage and scale high budget performance campaigns. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience managing significant monthly ad spends and driving measurable business outcomes across lead generation and ecommerce funnels.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube

Manage monthly ad spends of ₹5 lakh+ with clear performance accountability

Drive qualified leads and revenue growth through data driven optimization

Handle both Lead Generation and Ecommerce campaign strategies

Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis

Continuously improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates

Build reporting dashboards and provide actionable performance insights

Collaborate with creative, landing page, and marketing teams to improve funnel performance

Perform A/B testing across ads, audiences, and landing experiences

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of hands-on Google Ads experience

Proven experience managing ₹5L+ monthly ad budgets

Strong background in lead generation and ecommerce performance marketing

Deep understanding of conversion tracking, GA4, and attribution models

Experience with performance optimization and scaling campaigns profitably

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and take ownership of results

Good to Have

Experience with Meta Ads or multi-channel performance marketing

Landing page CRO understanding

Familiarity with CRM integrations and marketing automation
