We are hiring a Google and Meta Ads Specialist who can join immediately and take ownership of end-to-end campaign management for our growing portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)

Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while ensuring positive ROI and growth

Perform daily optimizations including bids, budgets, ad copy, and creative tests

Conduct competitor and audience analysis to identify new opportunities

Build, monitor, and refine conversion tracking using GA4 and GTM

Analyze campaign data and prepare detailed performance reports

Work closely with creative and analytics teams to improve ad efficiency

Stay updated with platform updates, tools, and performance marketing trends

Requirements

2 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing Google and Meta Ads

Proven track record of achieving high ROAS and low CPA across multiple accounts

Strong understanding of eCommerce and lead generation funnels

Experience with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and audience segmentation

Excellent analytical skills and comfort working with data

Must be available to start immediately

Strong communication and time management skills

Experience with other channels like LinkedIn, TikTok, or Pinterest Ads is a plus
