About The Role
We are looking for a motivated
Google Ads Specialist who is passionate about digital marketing and performance advertising. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Performance Max).
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Track and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
- Generate leads through paid advertising campaigns.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and insights.
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends and best practices.
Required Skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Ads.
- Understanding of keyword research and campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 Months to 1 Year of experience in Google Ads or Performance Marketing.
- Google Ads Certification is an added advantage.
- Experience working with lead generation campaigns is preferred.
