Role Description
A fast-growing digital marketing startup with operations in Canada and India is hiring a Google Ads Specialist to own and scale high-performance paid search campaigns across multiple industries.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max
- Build and optimize campaigns through keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Implement and audit conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager
- Analyze performance and funnels using Google Analytics 4
- Run continuous A/B tests to improve ROAS and lead quality
- Collaborate with SEO, Content, and Sales teams for integrated growth
- Deliver clear weekly and monthly performance insights
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads experience
- Strong command of Google Ads, GA4, GTM, and Ads Editor
- Agency experience preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Google Ads and GA4 certifications are a plus
