Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Google Ads Specialist role based in Noida. The Google Ads Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, and other formats) to drive high-quality leads and conversions for travel businesses. Day-to-day work includes keyword research, ad copy creation, audience targeting, bid and budget management, and ongoing performance analysis in Google Ads and Google Analytics. The role involves A/B testing ads and landing pages, monitoring campaign KPIs, preparing performance reports, and recommending data-backed improvements. The specialist will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align campaigns with business goals, and stay current with Google Ads best practices and policy updates. This position is suited for professionals with 4–6 years of relevant experience who can independently manage multiple campaigns and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Google Ads campaign management, including Search, Display, and Video, with 4–6 years of hands-on experience.
  • Proficiency in performance analysis using Google Analytics and Google Ads reporting, with the ability to interpret data and optimize for conversions and ROI.
  • Experience with keyword research, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies tailored to lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Ability to write clear, persuasive ad copy and collaborate on landing page improvements to enhance Quality Score and conversion rates.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing fundamentals, including remarketing, conversion tracking, and basic funnel optimization.
  • Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills for campaign tracking, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present campaign results and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Google Ads certification and prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry are preferred but not mandatory.
