Job Title: Google Ads Performance Lead-D2C

About the Role

We are looking for a performance-driven marketer to lead paid acquisition with a strong focus on Google Ads and D2C growth. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience scaling Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube campaigns for e-commerce brands, with a strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, conversion funnels, and Shopify tracking.

The ideal candidate has built and scaled Google Ads for a D2C/e-commerce business and understands how to drive efficient growth through data-led experimentation, audience targeting, and funnel optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and scale paid acquisition across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube)
  • Build and execute performance marketing strategies focused on revenue, ROAS, and CAC efficiency
  • Lead keyword strategy, bidding, audience segmentation, and campaign structure optimization
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance across CTR, CPC, CVR, CAC, and ROAS
  • Manage budgets and improve efficiency while scaling spend profitably
  • Partner with design/content teams to improve ad creatives and landing page conversion
  • Work closely with tech team to ensure accurate tracking via GA4, GTM, Google Ads conversion tracking
  • Manage remarketing, customer audience segmentation, and funnel-based retargeting
  • Analyze customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve conversion performance
  • Stay updated on Google Ads best practices, algorithm updates, and emerging opportunities

Must-Have Requirements

  • 4–7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search + Shopping mandatory)
  • Proven experience managing D2C / e-commerce paid acquisition
  • Hands-on experience scaling campaigns for Shopify-based brands
  • Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, AOV, LTV
  • Strong working knowledge of GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, attribution
  • Experience in campaign budgeting, bid optimization, and scaling paid channels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred

  • Experience in jewelry, luxury, fashion, or premium D2C brands
  • Experience with feed optimization / Google Merchant Center
  • Exposure to CRM, retention, and remarketing journeys
