Job Summary: We are seeking a performance-driven Google Ads Specialist to generate high-quality leads for our astrology services, including consultations, kundli analysis, and problem-solving sessions. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation campaigns and a strong understanding of customer intent and psychology.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation* Conduct keyword research for astrology-related searches (e.g., love, career, marriage issues)* Write compelling and emotionally engaging ad copy* Optimize campaigns to reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL) and improve lead quality* Set up and manage conversion tracking (forms, calls, WhatsApp clicks) using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager* Continuously monitor and improve campaign performance (CTR, CPC, conversion rate)* Perform A/B testing for ads and landing pages* Identify and eliminate wasted ad spend* Generate performance reports with actionable insights

*Requirements:*

* Proven experience with Google Ads (Search campaigns preferred)* Experience in lead generation (service-based businesses preferred)* Strong understanding of keyword intent and user behavior* Knowledge of conversion tracking and analytics tools* Ability to focus on lead quality, not just volume* Good analytical and decision-making skills

* Experience in astrology, wellness, or consultation-based businesses* Familiarity with WhatsApp or call-based sales funnels* Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO* Google Ads Certification
