This is a full-time on-site role for a Google Ads & Meta Ads Expert, located in Kanpur. The expert will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to improve performance and achieve measurable business outcomes. Day-to-day tasks include strategy development, campaign execution, keyword research, creating and analyzing ad performance reports, and ensuring campaigns align with client goals. Collaboration with the marketing team to develop innovative approaches will also be an essential part of the role.

• Proficiency in Google Ads Management, including campaign setup, keyword research, bid adjustments, and performance analysis
• Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Instagram, including audience targeting and ad performance optimization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
• Knowledge in Digital Marketing strategy and tools, with a focus on paid advertising and performance marketing
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and clients
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with A/B testing and ad copy optimization is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field preferred
