We're Hiring: Google Ads Executive

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

We are looking for a Google Ads Executive who understands paid search campaigns and can independently manage, optimize, and improve Google Ads performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max and other relevant campaigns

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis

• Create campaign structures, ad groups, keywords and ad copies

• Monitor CPC, CTR, conversions, CPA and other important performance metrics

• Optimize campaigns regularly to improve lead quality and ROI

• Manage negative keywords and search term reports

• Set up and understand conversion tracking using Google Ads and GA4

• Work with landing pages and suggest improvements for better conversion rates

• Prepare regular performance reports

• Test different keywords, bidding strategies and ad variations

• Identify opportunities to reduce wasted ad spend

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on Google Ads experience

• Good understanding of Google Search Ads

• Basic to good knowledge of GA4 and conversion tracking

• Understanding of Google Tag Manager will be an advantage

• Comfortable working with campaign data and performance reports

• Should understand metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS and Conversion Rate

• Ability to independently analyze and optimize campaigns

Meta Ads experience is not mandatory for this role.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.
