Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube & Performance Max)
* Develop lead generation strategies for education programs
* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis & audience targeting
* Optimize campaigns for higher conversions and lower CPL
* Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics & conversion tracking tools
* Work closely with marketing teams to improve lead quality and campaign performance
Key Requirements:
✔ 6–8 years of experience in Google Ads / Performance Marketing
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in the Education / EdTech industry (mandatory)
✔ Strong expertise in Google Ads, Analytics & conversion tracking
✔ Proven experience in education lead generation campaigns
