Role Description
We're seeking a Google Ads Expert to create, optimize, and manage Google Ads campaigns for our Healthcare clients. Your role involves driving results through data-driven strategies, enhancing campaign performance, and delivering strategic insights to achieve client goals.
Compensation
- Probation (3 months): Performance-based, upto 10 LPA (No fixed pay)
- Post-Probation: Fixed upto 10 LPA
- Work Timings: Flexible

Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Shopping networks.
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation, website traffic, and conversions.
- Analyze performance data and implement strategies to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated on Google Ads trends and ensure compliance with best practices.
- Communicate campaign progress and insights effectively with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, with a strong focus on Google Ads.
Skills:
- Proficient in Google Ads Manager and related tools like Google Analytics.
- Expertise in reporting, data analysis, and campaign optimization.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
