Key Responsibilities
- Plan, Execute & Optimize Google Ads Campaigns: Manage end-to-end campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube, ensuring strong ROI and performance.
- Audience & Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify high-intent keywords and audiences that drive relevant traffic.
- A/B Testing: Continuously test creatives, ad copy, and targeting strategies to maximize efficiency and conversions.
- Monitor Performance & Budgeting: Track and optimize key performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, and CPA to ensure efficient budget allocation.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Regularly analyze performance data and present actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure ad messaging and visuals align with campaign goals.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setups.
- Deep understanding of campaign metrics including ROAS, CPC, CTR, and CPA.
- Experience in scaling campaigns and managing substantial ad budgets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
