About the Role
We are looking for a performance-driven Google Ads Executive who understands how to generate leads, sales, and ROI through paid search. If you know how to create, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns—and love working with data—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing, Shopping)
• Perform keyword research and build intent-based campaign structures
• Write high-converting ad copies aligned with user intent
• Optimize campaigns for CPL, ROAS, and conversions
• Monitor daily budgets, bids, and performance metrics
• Set up and manage conversion tracking via GA4 & Google Tag Manager
• Conduct A/B testing on ads, keywords, and landing pages
• Prepare performance reports and insights for internal teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads
• Strong understanding of Search Ads & keyword intent
• Experience with conversion tracking, GA4 & GTM
• Basic knowledge of landing page optimization
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns accordingly
• Good communication and documentation skills
Good to Have (Bonus Skills)
• Experience with lead generation or eCommerce campaigns
• Knowledge of remarketing and audience segmentation
• Basic understanding of SEO & digital funnels
