About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Expert to plan, execute, and optimize high-
performing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in
Google Ads strategy including Search Ads and Image Ads campaign optimization, and
performance analysis to generate quality leads and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube.
Design and optimize Search Ads including responsive search ads (RSAs), ad copy A/B testing,
keyword match types, and Quality Score improvement.
Create and manage Image Ads (Display & Discovery): design guidelines, audience targeting,
banner formats, and creative performance analysis.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
Monitor campaign performance and generate regular reports with actionable insights.
Perform A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, and creatives.
Work closely with the marketing and design teams to improve campaign performance.
Requirements
25 years of experience managing Google Ads / PPC campaigns.
Proven expertise in Search Ads: keyword strategy, match types, ad extensions, RSAs, and
Quality Score optimization.
Hands-on experience with Image Ads: display banner creation/management, responsive
display ads, and audience-based targeting across the Google Display Network.
Strong understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, and ad optimization.
Experience with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and performance reporting.
Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for lead generation and ROI.
Good understanding of landing pages and conversion funnels.
Experience with Performance Max campaigns.
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and audience remarketing.
Good design sense for Image Ad creative briefs and feedback.
