Job Summary :
We are looking for a performance-driven Google Ads Executive with a minimum of 2 years of
agency experience in handling lead generation and sales-driven campaigns. The ideal
candidate should have hands-on expertise across multiple Google Ads campaign types, strong
conversion tracking knowledge using GTM & GA4, and a proven performance portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across:
Search
Performance Max
Display
Remarketing / Retargeting
Shopping
Video
Execute and optimize B2C Lead Generation & Sales (E-commerce & Service) campaigns.
Handle budget allocation, bidding strategies, ad copies, keyword research, and
audience targeting.
Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Integrate and analyze campaigns using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Monitor performance metrics such as:
CPA, ROAS, CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate
Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and audiences.
Create weekly & monthly performance reports with clear insights.
Work closely with SEO, Design, and Sales teams for campaign alignment.
Maintain quality score, relevance, and optimization scores.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years of hands-on Google Ads experience in a digital marketing agency
Strong experience in Lead Generation & Sales Campaigns
Expertise in:
Search, Display, Performance Max & Retargeting campaigns
Strong command over:
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Proficient in:
Keyword research
Audience targeting
Conversion optimization
Landing page performance tracking
Must have a proven performance portfolio / case studies
Good understanding of B2C marketing funnels
Strong analytical & data interpretation skills
Good communication & reporting skills
