We are looking for a data-driven and performance-focused Google Ads Analyst to manage, optimize, and scale paid search campaigns across multiple client accounts. This role requires strong analytical thinking, hands-on campaign execution, and a deep understanding of performance metrics, attribution, and ROI optimization.
You will work closely with the Performance Marketing, Content, and Strategy teams to drive measurable growth and deliver exceptional campaign outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube).
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
Structure accounts for scalability and performance efficiency.
Implement A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, and extensions.
Performance Optimization
Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
Optimize bids, budgets, targeting, and ad creatives to maximize ROI.
Analyze search terms and eliminate wasted spend.
Scale high-performing campaigns strategically.
Data & Reporting
Create performance dashboards using Google Ads, GA4, and Looker Studio.
Provide weekly and monthly performance insights with actionable recommendations.
Track and improve attribution models.
Present campaign learnings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Technical Implementation
Set up and manage conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager.
Ensure accurate tracking of leads, purchases, and other key actions.
Collaborate with web/tech teams to resolve tracking discrepancies.
Maintain compliance with Google Ads policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of keyword match types, bidding strategies, and quality score optimization.
Experience with:
Google Ads
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Google Tag Manager
Looker Studio
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience handling monthly budgets of ₹5L+ (or equivalent).
Good to Have
Google Ads Certifications.
Experience managing e-commerce or lead-generation campaigns.
Understanding of attribution modeling.
Experience working in an agency setup.
Knowledge of CRO principles.
