Job Title : GAM Specialist

Location: Hyderabad, India (Night Shift)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Google Ad Manager. The Google Ad Manager will be responsible for managing online ad campaigns, optimizing ad performance, and analyzing data to provide insights. Daily tasks include collaborating with clients to understand their advertising needs, developing strategies to enhance ad effectiveness, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful ad placements and optimizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Programmatic Advertising Campaigns using GAM 360.
  • Handle the end-to-end onboarding process for new publishers in Google Ad Manager (DoubleClick for Publishers DFP).
  • Conduct onboarding meetings and training sessions to familiarize publishers with GAM features and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Technical Support, to address publisher needs and ensure seamless integration.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to publishers to help optimize their ad revenue.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the onboarding process.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and GAM updates to provide the best support to publishers.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Maximum 23 years of experience in Programmatic Digital Advertising, Account Management, or Publisher Relations, preferably with Google Ad Manager.
  • Proficiency in GAM and related reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of online advertising concepts, including ad serving and programmatic advertising.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
