Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Gold Loan Sales professional at our Chennai location. The primary responsibilities include meeting prospective customers to explain gold loan products, verifying and evaluating pledged collateral, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves building and sustaining customer relationships, ensuring transparent communication about loan terms, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure efficient loan processing.

Qualifications

• Strong sales acumen with experience in selling financial products, including gold loans or related products
• Solid interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge in market analysis and customer need assessment
• Customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries courteously and professionally
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and basic reporting
• Ability to meet goals and deadlines in a results-driven environment
• Prior experience in the financial sector or banking industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is recommended
