Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Gold Loan Sales Officer based in Pune. The Gold Loan Sales Officer will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring customers for gold loans, building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing customers. Key responsibilities include promoting gold loan products, meeting sales targets, coordinating with branch staff for operations, and extending excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction. Additionally, the role requires maintaining compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
Qualifications
- Sales and marketing skills, including experience promoting financial products and achieving sales targets
- Strong relationship management, customer service, and communication skills
- Knowledge of banking or financial services, especially gold loans, is preferred
- Ability to work independently, handle customer objections, and close sales effectively
- Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the Pune market would be an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in any field is required; candidates with sales or finance-related backgrounds are preferred
