Job Description

To acquire and service Gold Loan customers, drive business growth through customer acquisition and relationship management, and ensure adherence to operational and compliance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Source new Gold Loan customers through branch walk-ins, field visits, references, and local market activities.
Achieve assigned Gold Loan disbursement and portfolio targets.
Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable gold loan products.
Coordinate valuation and pledge processes as per bank policies.
Ensure proper documentation, KYC compliance, and loan processing.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance retention and repeat business.
Monitor loan renewals, repayments, and overdue accounts.
Generate leads for cross-selling products such as Savings Accounts, Insurance, and Credit Cards.
Conduct local marketing and promotional activities to increase business penetration.
