Gold Loan Officers - Begowal

Roles and Responsibilities:

∙ Responsible for generating business leads through various channels

∙ Responsible to update visit reports/business reports on a monthly/weekly basis. ∙ Achievement of business plan targets in terms of net revenue.

∙ Conducting detailed market study to analyse the latest market trends to track competitors activities for building a robust sales strategy business.

∙ Responsible to build and nurture clientele for regular business flow.

∙ Ability to strategize specific business promotional activities to penetrate the market of the assigned branch.

Job Purpose:

This position is accountable for driving growth of Gold Loan business through planning and execution of sales strategy and marketing activities. The incumbent shall ensure customer service excellence with high level of service standards. The job demands achieving the assigned target, adhering to KYC compliance and managing the operational and administrative aspects of LAG business.

Qualification, Experience & Skills:

1. Minimum qualification is a Bachelor's Degree in any field.

2. 2+ years of experience in Gold Loan business.

3. Good product knowledge, market knowledge and technical understanding of Gold Loan. 4. Comfortable working under pressure in a changing environment.

5. Strong customer base

6. Ability to improve service processes, minimize operational risk, and reduce costs.
