Position: Regional Manager (RM) – Gold Loan

Location: Ernakulam, Kerala

We are looking for candidates who are currently working as Area Manager, Cluster Manager or Regional Manager.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Manager to lead and manage operations across branches in Ernakulam region. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, proven experience in gold loan business operations, and the ability to drive business growth while managing branch performance effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the performance of branches within the assigned region
• Drive business growth, profitability, and achievement of regional targets
• Lead, mentor, and monitor branch teams to ensure operational excellence
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance business opportunities
• Coordinate with Zonal Manager and support strategic business initiatives
• Monitor productivity, portfolio quality, and branch performance metrics

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Gold Loan operations
• At least 2 years of experience handling a cluster/region
• Strong team management and leadership skills
• Target-driven with a consistent track record of performance
• Growth-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
• Candidate should be based in or around Ernakulam
