Job Description

Business Development & Growth

• Drive gold loan business through the distributor network and digital app platform.
• Identify, onboard, and activate distributors, DSAs, and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
• Develop strategies to increase sourcing and customer acquisition.

Distributor & Partner Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and channel partners.
• Conduct regular training sessions and product briefings for partners.
• Ensure partner engagement and productivity enhancement.
• Resolve distributor queries and operational issues promptly.

Operations & Process Management

• Coordinate with operations and credit teams for seamless loan processing.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and disbursal processes through the app.
• Monitor TATs, application status, and customer experience metrics.
• Ensure adherence to compliance, KYC, and company policies.

App & Digital Channel Coordination

• Support adoption and effective usage of the distributor application.
• Work closely with product and technology teams to improve user experience.
• Track app usage, conversion metrics, and business performance dashboards.
• Provide feedback on process improvements and digital enhancements.
